If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Excellent experience. I shipped some condolence flowers through Mugford, and the recipient ended up being out of town when the flowers arrived. Instead of letting the flowers freeze on their doorstep, Mugford held on to them and shipped them at a later date for no extra cost. Flowers were beautiful and service was above and beyond.
