Many thanks to Mugford's Flower Shop for a beautiful arrangement sent, and superb focus to customer service! We inadvertently supplied the florist with an incorrect address. While the inconvenience was entirely on their shoulders, very regrettably, I could not have asked for a more accommodating and pleasant experience when being contacted by Mugford's to secure proper address details. They gladly re-delivered for us and I truly appreciate their unwavering commitment to quality and ensuring the recipient had their beautiful delivery as quickly as possible, without compromising the freshness and quality of the product.
